What are the criteria for our customers to Request a Refund?
- A customer can be eligible for a refund if an email requesting a refund is done by the customer (with the registered email id) to info@moneysmallfinance.com within 48 hours of purchasing the membership. The payment mode for the refund will be the same as the mode through which the customer's payment was received. If Refund will be approved then the amount will be credited in your account within 1-7 business days.Cancellation only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours
- If the customer is unable to communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, they can apply for a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the membership.
- There are certain areas/locations in which our company does not provide its services. If any customer has bought our membership and belongs to such areas/locations, they can apply for a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the membership.
