If the transaction fails or is not completed, the payment gateway may automatically initiate a refund according to their policies.

  • I made the payment but later realized I did not fully understand the services. Can I request a refund?

  • I am not satisfied with the services. What should I do?

  • I accidentally made multiple payments. Can I get the extra amount refunded?

    If multiple payments were made unintentionally, you can submit a request through the “Raise a Request” section on the platform or contact the support team within 48 hours of the transaction.

  • I purchased a subscription from another company within the same group. Can I request a refund?

    If multiple memberships or subscriptions have been purchased across companies belonging to the same group, you may request assistance through the “Raise a Request” section or contact the support team within 48 hours of the transaction

  • I submitted a refund request but have not received the refund yet. What should I do?

    Refund timelines may sometimes be affected if the payment gateway or bank is holding the funds temporarily. Once processed, the refund will be credited according to the policies and timelines of the respective bank or payment gateway.

  • I saw pre-approved loan offers on the platform but did not receive the final loan. Why?

    Pre-approved offers are indicative and based on the preliminary information provided by the applicant. Final approval, sanction, and disbursement decisions are made solely by the respective lending institution after reviewing the complete profile and documents.
